Chief Executive Officer
Carnie Fryfogle III has been Chief Executive Officer of CR3 American Exteriors since it was created in 2022. Mr. Fryfogle III has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s affiliate, C3 American Exteriors, in Pennyslvania, since 2017.
President
Mark Luterman has been President of CR3 American Exteriors since it was created in 2022. Mr. Luterman has also been President of the Company’s affiliate, C3 American Exteriors, in Pennsylvania, since 2019. Previously, Mr. Luterman founded Primax Ventures, LLC, in Maryland, and served as a managing member from 2007 until 2019.
Advisor
John T. Hewitt has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Loyalty Brands, located in Virginia, since it was established in September 2017. From January 1997 to September 2017, Mr. Hewitt served as Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Tax, Inc. in Virginia.
Executive Director
Marci Mayfield has served as Executive Director of CR3 American Exteriors since it was created in 2022. Marci has also been the Director of Insurance and Training of the Company’s affiliate, C3 American Exteriors, in Pennsylvania, since 2019.
Director of Franchise Development
Lester Morris has served as Director of Franchise Development of CR3 American Exteriors since 2024. From 2017 to 2023 Lester was at the ground level of JOBPROGRESS, the fastest growing CRM/Business management software that offers a business success framework and growth engine to residential & commercial contractors in USA and Canada. Since his successful exit his mission has remained the same to deliver productivity and success to contractors.
Social Media Manager, Content Creation Specialist
Lexy Fryfogle joined CR3 American Exteriors to take our social media marketing to the next level. Dedicated to creating impactful marketing content that supports franchise partners and elevates CR3’s presence across the U.S. Her strategic approach and commitment to innovation are central to CR3 American Exteriors’ mission of becoming a nationwide leader in exterior remodeling services!
Controller
Kathleen Schroder has served as Controller of CR3 American Exteriors since its founding in 2018, proudly becoming the company’s very first employee. With her extensive expertise in financial management and operations, Kathleen has played an instrumental role in establishing CR3’s foundational systems and processes. Her dedication and attention to detail have been pivotal to the company’s growth and success, supporting CR3 American Exteriors’ mission to deliver exceptional exterior remodeling services across the U.S.
Technology Support Specialist
Jonathan leads all things technology at CR3 American Exteriors, ensuring our systems run smoothly and our teams stay efficient, connected, and empowered. With a passion for building smart processes from the ground up, he works closely with departments across the company to leverage tools like our CRM and automated workflows, always focused on streamlining operations and supporting our continued growth.
Jonathan also provides hands-on IT support and guidance to our franchise locations, helping them overcome technical challenges and operate at peak performance.
Driven by curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement, Jonathan is always exploring better, more efficient ways for CR3 to work. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and learning new skills.
Franchise Revenue Operations
Mykel Castellon joined CR3 American Exteriors as part of the Franchise Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. Focused on driving compliance and supporting collections across CR3’s internal teams and franchise partners, Mykel plays a key role in strengthening the company’s operational performance. His commitment to clear communication, accountability, and exceptional customer service helps ensure that every franchise operates efficiently and in alignment with CR3’s standards for excellence nationwide.
Finance Manager
Laura Staub’s passion for ensuring seamless financial management stems from her entrepreneurial background. Having previously owned and operated her own business, Laura brings a unique perspective and firsthand understanding of the financial intricacies and challenges that businesses face. This experience has honed her ability to anticipate potential issues, implement proactive solutions, and maintain the financial health of CR3 American Exteriors.
